Completely Microsoft Office Compatible
To ensure that you receive maximum benefit from your system, we have designed The Mortgage Office™ to be completely compatible with Microsoft Office 2003 or later.

Operating System Requirements
The Mortgage Office™ is fully compatible with Microsoft Windows Vista (Business, Enterprise, Ultima editions), Windows XP Professional, Windows 2000 and Windows 98.

Disk Space Requirements
 The Mortgage Office™ requires approximately 20MB of hard disc space for programs. The amount of disk space necessary for data varies according to the number of loans and historical information. As a rule-of-thumb, a servicing portfolio of 1,000 loans with several years of historical information and related file takes about 100MB.
